TAQUIZA ENCHILADAS
Four different dishes to chose from the following list. served individually accompanied with fresh tortillas, salsas and frijoles (black beans).

- Pastor (Marinated Pork- Central Mexico)
- Tinga (Chicken with chipotle sauce)
- Papas con chorizo (Chorizo sausage with potato)
- Cochinita Pibil (Marinated Pork- Yucatan Style)
- Bisteck con chile pasilla (Steak with pasilla chilli)
- Taquitos Dorados (Fried Taquitos)
- Rajas Poblanas (Spicy peppers, corn and cream)
- Nopales (Traditional mexican cactus, the one in our flag)
- Calabacitas Tiernas (Zucchini)
- Champiñones (Mushrooms)
- ENCHILADAS DE MOLE POBLANO
Chicken enchiladas topped with our traditional Mole Poblano as we prepare it in Mexico.
- ENCHILADAS CON SALSA VERDE
Chicken enchiladas topped with a Salsa of tomatillos, cilantro, green chiles and spices
- ENCHILADAS ROJAS
Chicken enchiladas topped with Salsa Roja (tomatoes, onions, chiles and spices).
- VEGETARIAN ENCHILADAS
Potato, cheese and coriander topped with our Salsa Verde.
* All are served with rice and frijoles and salad

We want everyone in your party to have a great time and we'll make every effort to make this possible.
WHEN BOOKING A GROUP, PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THESE TIPS / CONDITIONS: 
1--Bookings need to be done two weeks in advance.
2--Set menus need to be chosen and confirmed two days in advance (If not, we'll choose one according to the number of people booked)
3--A $10.00 deposit per person is required.
4--Vegetarian options are available, please let us know if someone in your group prefer them.
5--Function's menus are served in the traditional Mexican way:
